The in-house Sonic HC1 team is comprised of individuals who offer both laboratory and CRM experience. This allows for faster and more personalized support for Sonic's HC1 user base.

Marisa has been with Sonic since 2018 and has been in the lab industry for over 12 years. She has worked closely with HC1 across multiple laboratories as a super admin.​

Chase Greene

Chase has been with Sonic since 2018 and has been in the lab industry for over 12 years. He has extensive experience working with HC1 as both a front end user as well as an admin.
